SEASIDE GARDEN COTTAGES: Utterly charming, Seaside Garden Cottages are 3 beautifully presented, architect-designed private cottages, conveniently set on adjacent properties in a peaceful half-acre garden setting.  Located on the outskirts of the main town of Kingscote in the seaside town of Brownlow, you'll feel a world away! The Cottages can be be let individually or together, creating a unique and spacious accommodation option for larger groups of families and friends of up to 24 guests, with beautiful big spaces to enjoy together and up to 9 gorgeous bedrooms & 5 bathrooms.

KINGSCOTE TERRACES ONE AND TWO: Two side-by-side, very stylish 3-storey townhouses in the heart of Kingscote, with stunning ocean views, opposite the park and just a short stroll to shops, cafes etc. Sleeping 6-10 in each townhouse (3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms each), they can be let individually, or combine both for privacy and convenience when travelling with a larger group, or another family.  The gorgeous top-level master suites are simply divine!

KINGSCOTE THREE: Right alongside Terraces Two, this 3-storey townhouses also has stunning ocean views. 2 huge bedrooms (king and split-king) and beautiful new high-end bathrooms, this is a fabulous option for two couples travelling together. For bookings from October 2023.

KINGSCOTE TERRACES SEVEN: A gorgeous 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom apartment for up to 2 guests, in the heart of Kingscote. Stunning ocean views, balcony, King Size Bed, kitchen and washing machine/dryer.  Such a wonderful, spacious alternative to a hotel room for a couple, and ideal as extra accommodation for a large group when renting our other properties.

RAWSON'S KINGSCOTE: Spacious, stylish, very up-market & modern, Rawson's Kingscote boasts 6 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, Billiards Room inside, backyard Games Room, massive dining, living and kitchen spaces. Suitable for 2-3 families or a big group of friends, up to 16 in total.  Town and sea views from the balcony, on the north side of Kingscote. The photos just don't do this property justice, we still can't believe how big it is!
